About Red Lantern

Owned by Masterchef's Luke Nguyen together with sister Pauline & Mark Jensen, Red Lantern is fresh, aromatic and regional Vietnamese cooking in a French Indochine setting.

Led by Chefs Mark Jensen & Luke Nguyen, together with Pauline Nguyen, meet the team responsible for the Red Lantern experience.

Red Lantern on Riley is an absolute gem. We found it many years ago and frequented it regularly when we lived in Sydney. Now, years later we brought our Sydney visitors to the same place and it doesn’t disappoint. The food is delicious and and the ambiance just right. We just love the food so we left it up to the restaurant to bring us their tasting menu (with some variances due to vegetarians in our party) and it was just wonderful food. Each dish has something delicate to offer.
