Experience an unforgettable evening of delectable shellfish dishes matched with deliciously different craft brews from Frenchies Brewery.

As two ‘Frenchies’ living in Australia, with an immense love of the Australian lifestyle and its people, co-owners Vincent De Soyres and Thomas Cauquil, decided to adapt their Parisian bistronomy culture to the Australian taste and terroir.

Although they have not been around for long, they are no stranger to the craft brew trade. Co-Owner and Head Brewer Vincent De Soyres, started in the brewing industry in Lyon, France at the Ninkasi Brewery. Upon moving to Australia, Vincent brewed for the Little Brewing Co. in Port Macquarie, before becoming Head Brewer at the Flat Rock Brew Café in Naremburn. He recently picked up Silver at the 2016 Sydney Royal Beer Show for Frenchie's Red Biere de Garde Astrolabe.

“We hope to share our passion for delicious cuisine, expertly brewed craft beer and great times.” - Vincent De Soyres.

Let Chef Mark Jensen and the team from Frenchies excite your senses with their deliciously different, European spin on craft brews, while you enjoy a mouth watering five-course shellfish menu, matched with Frenchies craft beers.
