Steamed rice flour rolls filled with South Australian mussels, cucumber, bean sprouts and chilli, garnished with fried shallots and peanuts


Pan fried scallops in a green mango and lychee salad, Vietnamese herbs, Asian shallots and chilli


Tua Tua Clams served in a beer, tomato and palm sugar sauce with zucchini and asparagus


Pippis, pork belly and snake beans stir fried with oyster sauce and saw leaf coriander
