SPECIAL EVENT: SECRETS OF THE RED LANTERN 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY DINNER

This year marks the 10 year anniversary of my book Secrets of the Red Lantern. A deep, and at times very dark personal memoir which I disguised as a cook book so people would buy it. The recipes belong to my family and have been passed down to us from generation to generation.

No one was more surprised than I, when I won Debut Writer of the Year and the book became an international best seller. I purely wrote it as an heirloom for my daughter Mia – something that she can cherish when she is older.

Not only is Secrets of the Red Lantern an inspired story about my family’s journey of escape from Vietnam after the war, it is a personal journey full of hope, courage, sacrifice, resilience, forgiveness, gratitude and love.

I would love for you to join the Red Lantern family and celebrate as we cook up a collection of our favourite family recipes and Red Lantern signature dishes to mark this special occasion.

With Gratitude
Pauline
