LUKE'S #NOMENU TRIP TO ITALY
10 Chefs from around the Globe arrived in Puglia, Italy to create an exclusive #nomenu dinner for 60 guests. They had 2 days to search the land and sea for inspiration to create the event! Luke cooked alongside Pasta Master Pasquale Torrente (bottom right), No.1 Chef in Milano. Diego Rossi (bottom middle) and created wonderful memories. He even got a chance to take a dip in the chilly turquoise waters in Polignano, Puglia!
