MEET THE TEAM - ADAM TOWERS, RESTAURANT MANAGER
We are truly delighted to officially introduce our new Restaurant Manager Adam Towers. We have known Adam for over 20 years and we absolutely love the new energy, experience and good humour that Adam brings to Red Lantern.
Adam has been a notable figure on the Sydney dining scene since the opening of Bistro Moncur in 1992. A long time Potts Point resident, Adam has fronted numerous iconic Sydney establishments including Onde and Bambini Trust.
Adam went M.I.A for a number of years because New York called to him in the early 2000's. In the Big Apple, Adam has worked in fine establishments such as Jean George's Group at the Mercer Kitchen in Soho. His next gig was for Sean MacPherson as General Manager of Gemma at the celeb heavy Bowery Hotel , and then head of F&B at Chelsea's famous Maritime Hotel before being poached by NY nightlife impresario Serge Becker to open and run Superlinda in Tribeca, Manhattan's hottest restaurant in 2012.
He has returned to Sydney indefinitely and tells us that he is thrilled to be fronting the team at Red Lantern.
In his personal life, Adam is a keen decorator, avid traveller and enjoys talking to his imaginary friends on his Dictograph.
