Earlier this month, Mark was invited to participate on the panel in the Talking Shop series at Fine Food Australia Exhibition at the ICC Sydney, Darling Harbour. The topic - The Love-Hate relationship restaurants have with delivery platforms. Over the last year Mark has been vocal, making his experience and opinions known to the industry and dining public, conveying his message through industry magazines and commercial media. He says that, there is no problem you have within your business
that delivery aggregators can solve.

If you don’t do a great job within the bricks and mortar of your restaurants you simply do not have a viable business. It’s a case of buyer beware. Before signing on to one of these delivery aggregators, make sure you know your numbers and are cognisant of the impact this will have on your business.
